Welcome to Accure AI Academy ("Website"), an online platform offering courses for students worldwide. Accure AI Academy is owned and operated by Accure Private Limited in India and Accure, Inc in the United States and other regions. By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Policy Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly fully exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors permitted by law.

Accure AI Academy Terms of Use Agreement

1. Registration and Account

1.1. To access our courses, you must create an account on the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

1.2. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Payment Policy

2.1. Payments for courses must be completed in full before accessing the content.

2.2. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways:

Stripe for transactions in USD.

Razorpay for transactions in Indian Rupees (INR).

2.3. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway. Accure AI Academy is not responsible for any issues arising from payment gateway services.

2.4. All fees are exclusive of any taxes, duties, or charges imposed by relevant authorities. You are responsible for paying any such taxes applicable to your location.

3. Refund Policy

Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 2 days of placing the order. However, requests may be declined if more than 50% of the course has been completed.

In case of any Refunds approved by us, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

If your refund request is due to system, server, or other technical issues, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to resolve it within 2 days, a refund will be issued.

4. Content and Licensing

4.1. All course materials, including videos, documents, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Accure. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.

4.2. Your access to the content is for personal use only and is non-transferable.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1. Accure collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this Website, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. 5.2. Payment information is not stored on our servers and is handled exclusively by Stripe and Razorpay.

6. Termination

6.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach this Policy Agreement.

6.2. In cases of termination, access to courses and any associated content will be revoked immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Accure is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or inability to access the content.

7.2. Payment disputes should be resolved directly with Stripe or Razorpay.

8. Amendments

8.1. Accure reserves the right to modify this Policy Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on the Website, and your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
